Retail Supervisor

About the role

The Retail Supervisor role supports either the service side of our stores or the backroom product flow function (production).

Responsibilities

• Support store operations by ensuring customer service standards are met.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is organized and accessible.
• Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of store facilities.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and sales performance.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new team members.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in retail or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
