Retail Part-Time Sales Lead, Fabletics (Arrowhead Towne Center - Glendale, AZ)

Fabletics is looking for a Part-Time Sales Lead to join our team at Arrowhead Towne Center in Glendale, AZ. You’ll help deliver a best-in-class retail experience, support sales and operations, and enable seamless shopping between our website and store.

Responsibilities

• Embody our culture and values while guiding customers on how to Live their passion.
• Engage customers meaningfully by sharing knowledge about fabrics, features, fit, and function of our products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide immediate feedback on our Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations (e.g., Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat).
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to create an easy-to-shop environment and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Provide and nourish feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence in meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Uphold all safety and security standards, and identify and communicate potential issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes (weighing 10-30 lbs) as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail work experience; prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners both inside and outside the store.
• Experience working with large teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to take initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, with strong communication skills and an innate ability to bring out the best in others.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Physical Demands

• Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, and grabbing, with the ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours.
• May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
