Retail Part-Time Sales Lead - Fabletics (SanTan Village - Gilbert, AZ)

Fabletics is opening a new retail store at SanTan Village in Gilbert, AZ and is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead to deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales and operations. This role leverages cutting-edge technology to create a seamless shopping journey between online and retail stores.

About the role

As a Sales Lead, you will collaborate with a driven Store Manager and a passionate team to help customers live their passion. This is an opportunity to join a tight-knit group of key players working together to exceed KPIs and propel the business forward. The position reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics’ culture and values, providing insight to customers on how to live their passion.
• Engage customers in meaningful ways by sharing knowledge about fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide immediate feedback to associates on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations (e.g., Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat).
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to ensure the store is easy to shop and adds value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Provide and nourish feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence in meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes can weigh 10-30 lbs).

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a retail environment; prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners both inside and outside the store environment.
• Experience working with large teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• High degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity, including the ability to take initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and P.O.S. systems.
• Self-motivated, with strong communication skills and an innate ability to bring out the best in others.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Physical Demands

• Involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
• May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
