Retail Part-Time Sales Lead - Fabletics (SanTan Village - Gilbert, AZ)

About the role

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for their new retail store at SanTan Village in Gilbert, AZ. This role offers an opportunity to lead a seamless shopping experience, engage with customers, and support both sales and operations.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics' culture and values, providing insights to customers on living their passion.
• Engage customers in new and meaningful ways by offering knowledge about product fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide immediate feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations.
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to ensure an easy shopping experience and add value to the customer's purchase journey.
• Participate actively to provide and gather feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales goals and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required, weighing up to 30 lbs.

Requirements

• 1-year minimum of work experience in a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is preferred.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socialize with customers, employees, and business partners both inside and outside the store.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A high degree of comfort with ambiguity and the ability to take initiative.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivation, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate others.
• The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to work onsite and maintain a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
