Retail Part-Time Sales Lead, Fabletics (Scottsdale Quarter - Scottsdale, AZ)

About the Role

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for our upcoming store at Scottsdale Quarter in Scottsdale, AZ. In this role, you will provide a best-in-class retail customer experience and support sales and operations. You will enable customers to shop seamlessly between our website and retail stores while working alongside the Store Manager, supervisors, and a team of associates to help customers live their passion.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly energetic, and comfortable engaging the public. You will join a collaborative team focused on achieving aggressive goals and driving the business forward. This position reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Embody our culture and values while providing insight to customers on how to live their passion.
• Actively engage customers by sharing knowledge about fabrics, features, fit, and function of our products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Provide training and immediate feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations (e.g., Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat).
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to improve the customer’s purchase journey.
• Actively participate in providing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence in meeting store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain all safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes may weigh 10-30 lbs).

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a retail environment; prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners both inside and outside the store.
• Experience working with large teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• High degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills and an ability to bring out the best in others.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.

Physical Demands

• Involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, and grabbing.
• Requires standing for at least two consecutive hours.
• May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
