Retail Full-Time Sales Lead, Fabletics (Arrowhead Towne Center - Glendale, AZ)

Fabletics is looking for a Full-Time Sales Lead to join our team at Arrowhead Towne Center in Glendale, AZ. This role focuses on delivering a best-in-class retail customer experience while supporting sales and operations. You’ll use cutting-edge technology to help customers shop seamlessly between our website and retail stores, working alongside the Store Manager and a team of associates to inspire customers to Live their Passion.

Responsibilities

• Embody our culture and values while providing customers with insights on how to Live their passion.
• Engage customers meaningfully by sharing knowledge about product fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement through in-store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide feedback to associates on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations (e.g., Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat).
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to create an easy and valuable shopping experience.
• Provide and receive feedback to continuously improve store operations.
• Strive for excellence in meeting store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales targets and contribute to overall sales goals.
• Uphold all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
• Assist with inventory tasks, including unpacking boxes (10-30 lbs).

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of retail work experience; prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable engaging with customers, employees, and business partners both inside and outside the store.
• Ability to work effectively in large teams.
• High degree of comfort with ambiguity, including taking initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and point-of-sale (P.O.S.) systems.
• Self-motivated, with strong communication skills and the ability to bring out the best in others.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Physical requirements: constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
