Retail Inventory Supervisor - Dollar Teams

What You Will Do

• Coach and train Inventory Associates
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow
• Lead and engage
• Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns
• Support and execute directives from the Area or District Manager
• Drive operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement to grow and develop the team

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• (Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver and must be at least 18 years old to drive a personal vehicle for business needs)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or Inventory Supervisor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges
• Strong focus and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
• Positive, team-oriented attitude

Team Requirements

• Access to reliable transportation
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required
• A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required

Working Conditions

• The ability to stand for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking
• The ability to use both hands and wrists for repetitive motions
• The ability to frequently be in low level positions, such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching
• The ability to frequently use a ladder
• The ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs.
• The ability to frequently travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays

Pay

$16.00 - $23.00 (Inventory Associates) & a Competitive salary for Supervisors!

Schedule

Part Time: The more you are available, the more you can earn! This is a traveling role. Early morning departures (as early as 3:00-5:00am) Assignments available Monday-Friday Occasional overnight hotel stays may be possible
