Retail Inventory Supervisor - Dollar Teams

About the role

This role involves coaching and training Inventory Associates, leading and engaging the team, and serving as the primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train Inventory Associates
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow
• Lead and engage the team
• Resolve event-related concerns
• Execute directives from the Area or District Manager
• Drive operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or Inventory Supervisor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management skills
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Strong focus and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
• Positive, team-oriented attitude

Qualifications

• Access to reliable transportation
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen
• Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements

Pay

$16.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule

Part time, early morning departures (as early as 3:00-5:00am) on Monday-Friday, occasional overnight hotel stays may be possible
