Retail Inventory Supervisor – Dollar Teams

About the role

This role is part-time and involves traveling to various locations. Early morning departures (as early as 3:00-5:00 am) are common, with occasional overnight hotel stays possible.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train Inventory Associates
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow
• Lead and engage the team
• Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns
• Support and execute directives from the Area or District Manager
• Drive operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old (21 years old for van drivers)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or Inventory Supervisor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Strong focus and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
• Positive, team-oriented attitude

Qualifications

• Access to reliable transportation
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen if required
• Valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements if applicable

Pay

$16.00 - $23.00 per hour, plus a competitive salary for Supervisors.
