About the role

This is a traveling role for the Retail Inventory Supervisor position at Dollar Teams. The role offers a competitive salary for Inventory Associates and Supervisors, with part-time availability allowing for higher earnings based on availability.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and train Inventory Associates
  • Follow a clear, consistent workflow
  • Lead and engage as the primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns
  • Drive operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement
  • Support and execute directives from the Area or District Manager

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old (must be at least 21 years old to be a qualified van driver)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or Inventory Supervisor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills
  • Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges
  • Strong focus and attention to detail
  • Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude

Qualifications

  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen in accordance with company guidelines if required
  • A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements may be required

Pay

$16.00 - $23.00 per hour for Inventory Associates, with potential for higher pay based on availability.

Schedule

Early morning departures (as early as 3:00-5:00am) on Monday-Friday. Occasional overnight hotel stays may be possible.
