Retail Inventory Supervisor – Dollar Teams
About the role
This role is part-time, with early morning departures (as early as 3:00-5:00am) and occasional overnight hotel stays. Assignments are available Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Coach and train Inventory Associates
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow
- Lead and engage the team
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns
- Support and execute directives from the Area or District Manager
- Drive operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old (21 years old for van drivers)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or Inventory Supervisor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Strong focus and attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
Qualifications
- Access to reliable transportation
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen
- Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting the WIS Fleet driver requirements

Pay
$16.00 - $23.00 per hour, plus a competitive salary for Supervisors.
Schedule
Part-time, with early morning departures (as early as 3:00-5:00am) and occasional overnight hotel stays. Assignments are available Monday through Friday.
Working Conditions
- Standing for prolonged periods of time with occasional walking
- Frequent use of both hands and wrists for repetitive motions
- Frequent low-level positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching
- Frequent use of a ladder
- Lifting and carrying items up to 25 lbs.
- Frequent travel via car and occasionally via plane, including overnight stays
Team Requirements
