Retail Inventory Supervisor - Dollar Teams

About the role

This is a traveling role for Retail Inventory Supervisors at Dollar Teams. The position offers a competitive salary for Inventory Associates and Supervisors, with the potential for additional pay based on availability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train Inventory Associates
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow
• Lead and engage the team
• Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving event-related concerns
• Support and execute directives from the Area or District Manager
• Drive operational excellence by maximizing team productivity and fostering engagement

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old (21 years old for van drivers)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or Inventory Supervisor
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong time management and customer service skills
• Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts
• Strong focus and attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency
• Positive, team-oriented attitude

Qualifications

• Access to reliable transportation
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment Investigative Consumer Report and drug screen
• Valid driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and/or meeting WIS Fleet driver requirements

Pay

$16.00 - $23.00 per hour for Inventory Associates, with potential for higher pay based on availability and performance.

Schedule

Early morning departures (as early as 3:00-5:00am) on Monday through Friday. Occasional overnight hotel stays may be possible.
