About the role

As a Retail Sales Lead at Savage X Fenty, you will support the Store Leadership Team in building a fearless, confident, and inclusive team that delivers the unique Savage X Fenty shopping experience. You’ll help create a best-in-class employee environment while ensuring an exceptional and one-of-a-kind customer experience. Your role will be key in shaping a forward-thinking and innovative retail experience for both the store team and customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete opening and closing responsibilities accurately and efficiently, ensuring cash handling standards are met and company funds are secured.
• Assist the Visual Merchandising Supervisor with maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Support the Product Xpert Supervisor with back-of-house operations and inventory controls.
• Achieve KPI targets, budgets, and objectives by fostering a culture of accountability among team members.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge and operational compliance, ensuring customer service standards are prioritized and the sales floor remains welcoming.
• Manage productivity during downtime and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Uphold an inclusive store culture that reflects the brand’s values, resulting in engaged sales advisors and outstanding customer experiences.
• Lead through ambiguity while managing multiple initiatives.

Requirements

• One year of experience in a high-volume retail environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with a sense of urgency, stellar time management, and acute attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy or comfortable with emerging technologies.
• Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Self-directed and highly motivated to take ownership of tasks and drive solutions.

Physical Demands

• Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, and grabbing.
• Standing for at least two consecutive hours.
