About the role
Lead and coach a team of framers focusing on building customer relationships while creating custom framing solutions for art.
Responsibilities
- Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating memorable framing solutions for their art.
- Develop and coach the team to sell effectively.
- Plan workload in partnership with the Store Manager to deliver high-quality custom framing solutions on time.
- Achieve and manage team KPIs, including sales and production workload planning.
- Manage inventory and execute shrink and safety programs as assigned.
- Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
- Support interviewing, on-boarding, coaching, observing, and training of new Team members; participate in Talent Development and Performance Management activities.
- Collaborate with MODs daily on framing and other tasks.
- Interact positively with colleagues and customers, maintaining a respectful and positive attitude.
- Participate in truck unloading and stocking processes, ensuring compliance with standards and budget.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain a safe work environment.
- Engage with customers, help locate products, and provide solutions.
- Assist with Omni-channel processes as needed.
Requirements
- Basic computer skills.
- Previous custom framing experience preferred.
- Retail management experience preferred.
- Experience leading a sales team.
- Regular bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, stretching, standing for long periods, and working with heavy boxes and accessing high shelves.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of standard framing techniques and materials.

Pay
Total Base Pay Range: $16.00 - $22.20
Schedule
Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
