Retail Fashion Live Streamer

We are seeking full-time and part-time Live Shopping Hosts to lead fashion-focused live selling shows on platforms such as Whatnot and TikTok. Streaming coverage runs from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM, with team members working designated shifts within that schedule. Our greatest need is for candidates with evening availability (including shifts until 11:00 PM) and weekend availability.

About the role

This is an on-site position in Beacon Falls, Connecticut, and is not a remote role. The role may be especially well-suited to candidates seeking full-time work or additional evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Host engaging, fashion-focused live shopping shows.
• Present apparel, footwear, accessories, and related products.
• Clearly explain product details, including fit, fabric, quality, styling, and features.
• Build rapport with viewers and maintain an energetic conversation throughout each show.
• Create a positive, entertaining, and informative shopping experience.
• Prepare for scheduled shows and communicate reliably with the team.

Requirements

• Energetic, outgoing, personable, and comfortable on camera.
• Confident speaking for extended periods and engaging a live audience.
• Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about fashion, brands, styling, and current trends.
• Able to connect naturally with a wide range of viewers.
• Reliable, professional, and clear in written and verbal communication.
• Available for full-time or part-time shifts within the 11:00 AM–11:00 PM coverage window.
• Able to reliably commute to Beacon Falls, Connecticut.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in retail, hospitality, sales, social media, or another customer-facing role.
• Fashion and specialty retail experience (e.g., TJ Maxx, Marshalls, J.Crew, Abercrombie & Fitch, Free People, Anthropologie, Gap, Nordstrom Rack, Macy’s, or similar retailers).
• Previous live-streaming or live-selling experience (a plus but not required).
