About the role
As a Retail Media Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our retail media strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement media campaigns that drive sales and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute media strategies aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with marketing teams to identify and target key audiences
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail media or digital marketing
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and other marketing tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Experience with social media platforms and ad networks
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM principles
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
