Retail Credit Specialist

About the role

BMW Financial Services NA, LLC is a finance company that supports BMW, MINI, and Rolls-Royce sales. The Retail Credit Specialist position is available in Salt Lake City, UT.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite $400 million in credit submissions annually and manage fleet credit line relationships up to $750K
• Analyze and interpret consumer and business credit data while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Manage risk through thorough analysis and appropriate verification tools
• Negotiate terms and conditions of applications within established guidelines
• Communicate credit decisions and rationale to Centers via phone and in writing
• Maintain and develop relationships with dealerships

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business with a concentration in Finance
• 2+ years of Finance or related experience
• 1-2 years of Credit Analysis experience
• 1-2 years of Collections experience
• 1-2 years of Dealer Facing experience

Qualifications

• Effective negotiation and deal structuring skills
• Ability to respond to Center calls, emails, and voicemails
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay

The pay range for this role is $50,300.00 - $83,000.00. The selected candidate's education, skills, experience, and location will be used to determine the final salary offer.

Schedule

This is a hybrid role requiring regular attendance in the office. The position is located in Salt Lake City, UT.
