Responsibilities

• Build Relationships: Be the first point of contact for customers, whether in-person or by phone. Use your expert knowledge to understand their unique needs and guide them to the right products.
• Drive Growth: Actively engage in inside sales by helping customers assess their needs, providing quotes, and solving problems to find the perfect solution.
• Ensure a Smooth Operation: Keep the store running efficiently by organizing merchandise, processing sales, and ensuring every customer experience is positive.
• Be a Reliable Backup: Use your Class B CDL to safely deliver essential gases and welding products to clients when regular drivers are unavailable.

Requirements

• Must have a valid Texas Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
• Must have Hazmat and Airbrake endorsements (or be able to obtain them within 60 days of hire).
• One (1) year of prior Class A or B professional driving experience within the last five (5) years, with a clean driving record (no more than two (2) convictions or two (2) at-fault accidents in the last three years; or no more than one (1) conviction and one (1) at-fault accident in the last three years). Alternatively, a diploma from an accredited driving school within the past 12 months may be considered.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds and move more than 125 pounds with the aid of material handling equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to learn and effectively navigate the sales platform, SAP.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Pay

$28/hour with potential for two quarterly bonuses.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
