We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it—never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text like "commensurate with experience", "not specified", etc. Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to parse the posting. Key sections: - About the role: The first paragraph(s) describing role: "At Boll & Branch, we believe luxury starts with care... As a Full-Time Client Advisor, you'll serve as a trusted guide..." This is about the role. Could be "About the role". Use

    About the role

    then

... maybe multiple paragraphs. - Responsibilities: The posting has a "Responsibilities" heading then bullet points under subheadings: Deliver Elevated Hospitality & Customer Experience, Drive Sales & Business Performance, Maintain Visual Excellence & Operational Standards, Support Store Operations, Support Design & In-Home Services, Additional Responsibilities. We need to output a list of duties/requirements/benefits using

    • . Should we keep subheadings? Probably not; we can just list each bullet as
    • . But we need to preserve all substantive information. Could group under
        with each bullet as
      • . Might be long but okay. - Qualifications: There's a "Qualifications" heading then bullet list of qualifications. Use
        • . - Skills: Not explicitly separate; qualifications include skills. Could combine qualifications and skills? The instruction says use headings for Skills if present. There's no explicit Skills section; we can omit. - Benefits: There's a "What We Offer" section listing benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life/AD&D insurance; Commuter Benefits, HSA/FSA, STD/LTD, and Employee Assistance Program; Family-Planning Services, Gender-affirming healthcare, and Health Advocacy Program; Fitness Reimbursement Program, 401(k), Paid Time Off, and an Employee Discount. Also earlier "Why You'll Love Working Here" includes some benefits but not specific. We'll create Benefits section with list. - Pay: There's salary range: "The annual base salary range for this role is $20 to $26 (new hires are typically brought into the organization between the minimum to midpoint of the salary range posted depending on qualifications, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role)." Also mention monthly-based bonus on store performance. So we have pay info. Should we create Pay section? Yes, because posting states it. Use

maybe. - Schedule: There's mention: "Work up to 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require." That's schedule info. So we can create Schedule section. - Additional sections like "About Boll & Branch" maybe not needed as heading? Could be "About the company" but not in list of allowed headings. The allowed headings are About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not add extra headings like About Boll & Branch. We could incorporate that info into About the role or maybe omit. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It says e.g., not exclusive, but we should prefer those. Probably we should stick to those headings only. So we can omit About Boll & Branch details unless they fit under About the role? The About the role section could include some company mission? But we have separate "About Boll & Branch" paragraph describing company history. Might be considered not directly about the role. Could we put it under About the role? Might be okay but could be considered extra. However we need to preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot drop it. So we need to include it somewhere. If we don't have a heading for it, we could put it in a

under About the role or maybe under a generic

without heading? The instruction says output ONLY the HTML fragment; we can have

elements not under a heading? It didn't forbid. It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities...). It didn't say we cannot have other headings, but we should prefer those. Safer to include About Boll & Branch as a

after About the role heading, maybe as part of About the role content. Similarly "Why You'll Love Working Here" could be part of About the role or Benefits? It's more about culture; could be part of About the role. We need to avoid boilerplate: EEO statement at end: "Boll & Branch LLC is an equal opportunity employer." Remove. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, legal, etc. Now craft HTML. Structure:

          About the role

At Boll & Branch, we believe luxury starts with care—for our customers, our communities, our teams, and our craft. Our teams bring this belief to life by delivering exceptional hospitality, creating personalized shopping experiences, and helping customers discover products that transform the way they sleep. As a Full-Time Client Advisor, you'll serve as a trusted guide throughout the customer journey. You'll build meaningful relationships through consultative selling, thoughtful design recommendations, and genuine hospitality while contributing to the overall success of the store. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a team environment, and is passionate about delivering memorable customer experiences. This position is located at The Street in Chestnut Hill, MA.

Why you'll love working here: At Boll & Branch, we believe in investing in our people as much as we invest in our products. You'll join a team that values care, collaboration, curiosity, and craftsmanship while building meaningful relationships with customers every day. Whether you're helping someone improve their sleep or creating an unforgettable shopping experience, your work will have a lasting impact.

          Then Responsibilities:

          Responsibilities

          • Deliver Elevated Hospitality & Customer Experience: Welcome every customer with warmth, authenticity, and genuine hospitality. Create memorable shopping experiences by listening to customers' needs and providing thoughtful, personalized recommendations. Deliver elevated experiences through our in-store, virtual, and in-home design consultation program. Build lasting customer relationships through proactive clienteling and follow-up to encourage repeat business. Become an expert in Boll & Branch products, materials, craftsmanship, and sleep solutions to confidently educate customers. Assist customers in designing their spaces based on their sleeping habits, style preferences, and lifestyle needs.
          • Drive Sales & Business Performance: Achieve and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to overall store performance. Support a collaborative selling culture by partnering with teammates to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Identify opportunities to expand sales through product education, cross-selling, and personalized recommendations. Participate in community-driven initiatives such as store events, designer partnerships, and other activities that strengthen our local brand presence.
          • Maintain Visual Excellence & Operational Standards: Ensure the store is always guest-ready—clean, organized, beautifully presented, and aligned with brand standards. Support daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, register reconciliation, and operational routines. Execute visual merchandising direction and maintain product presentation with attention to detail. Uphold company safety, security, and loss prevention procedures while protecting store assets and inventory. Perform general housekeeping tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, steaming merchandise, and maintaining shared spaces to ensure an exceptional customer environment.
          • Support Store Operations: Serve as a Key Holder by opening and closing the store in accordance with company standards. Operate the store alarm system and complete opening and closing procedures. Perform register reconciliation, cash handling, and daily operational routines accurately. Support operational excellence by maintaining store readiness throughout each shift. Troubleshoot and resolve basic operational issues while escalating concerns when appropriate.
          • Support Design & In-Home Services: Participate in in-home appointments and installations, creating a seamless customer experience. Provide thoughtful product recommendations that complement customers' spaces and sleep needs. Help ensure every design consultation reflects the elevated hospitality and attention to detail that defines the Boll & Branch experience.
          • Additional Responsibilities: Work up to 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
But note "Additional Responsibilities" includes work hours; we might move schedule info to Schedule section. However the Additional Responsibilities bullet includes work up to 40 hours per week etc. We could keep it there, but we also need Schedule section. To avoid duplication, maybe we separate: Keep Additional Responsibilities bullet without schedule, and put schedule in Schedule section. However the bullet currently includes schedule info. We could split: Keep bullet for "Perform other duties and special projects as assigned." and move schedule to Schedule section. But we must preserve all info; we can keep schedule info in Schedule section and also mention in Additional Responsibilities? That would duplicate. Better to move schedule info to Schedule section and remove from Additional Responsibilities bullet. But we must not lose the info about working up to 40 hours etc. So we will have Schedule section with that info. Then Additional Responsibilities bullet can be just "Perform other duties and special projects as assigned." Thus adjust. Qualifications:

          Qualifications

          • 1+ year of retail sales experience, preferably in specialty retail, luxury retail, home furnishings, hospitality, or another customer-focused environment. Equivalent experience and transferable skills will also be considered.

          • Experience with consultative selling, clienteling, or delivering personalized customer service.
          • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
          • Positive attitude with the ability to build rapport and engage customers naturally.

          • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.
We might also include "The above is a comprehensive, but not exhaustive, description of requirements and expectations that may evolve over time based on business needs. You must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation." This is prose; could be a

          after the list. Benefits:

          • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life/AD&D insurance
          • Commuter Benefits, HSA/FSA, STD/LTD, and Employee Assistance Program
          • Family-Planning Services, Gender-affirming healthcare, and Health Advocacy Program
          • Fitness Reimbursement Program, 401(k), Paid Time Off, and an Employee Discount
