About the role
The role involves leading a team of developers to build innovative software solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers in delivering software solutions
- Collaborate with product managers to understand client needs and translate them into technical specifications
- Work with designers to ensure visual consistency and user experience
- Manage project timelines and resources to meet deadlines
- Contribute to code reviews and mentoring junior developers
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Git
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
- Experience with database management systems like MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Experience with version control systems like SVN or GitLab
