Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to retail banking customers
• Sell and market various financial products and services
• Manage and maintain customer accounts
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in retail banking or customer service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
