We're looking for a friendly, customer-focused Retail Associate to be the welcoming face of our store.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Greet and engage customers as they enter the store.
• Aid customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
• Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers or POS systems, including handling cash and credit card payments.
• Maintain inventory levels, restock shelves, and manage displays.
• Keep the store clean and organized, ensuring that merchandise is displayed attractively and safely.
• Handle customer complaints and returns professionally.
• Support promotional events and sales activities.

What Makes You a Fit

• Prior experience in a customer-facing role or retail.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Professional, energetic, self-motivated, and positive attitude.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Read, write, communicate, and perform basic math calculations.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 pounds.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
