Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in bankruptcy litigation and distressed asset disputes
- Draft substantive briefs and motions in federal bankruptcy and district courts
- Take and defend depositions
- Manage cases and support strategy across complex restructuring matters
- Work closely with senior partners on high-profile domestic and cross-border engagements
Who You Are
- 4–6 years of experience in bankruptcy litigation or restructuring disputes
- Experience at a major law firm preferred
- Strong brief writing and deposition experience
- Excellent academic credentials
- Superior written and oral communication skills
- Admitted to practice in New York
Compensation
- Salary Range: $310,000 – $390,000 (DOE)
