Litigation Senior Associate

About the role

The successful candidate will join WilmerHale's dynamic team of attorneys, working on complex legal matters at the intersection of government, technology, and business.

Responsibilities

• Exceptional writing, analytical, and legal research skills with experience drafting briefs in district and appellate courts.
• Experience managing large and significant discovery processes including massive document productions, leading teams, involving in taking/defending depositions, and motion practice.
• Talented strategic thinker.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic.
• State court experience.
• Able to handle negotiations, meet and confer with opposing counsel.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor.
• Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.
• Excellent writing skills, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
