Litigation Senior Associate
About the role
The successful candidate will join WilmerHale’s dynamic team of attorneys, working on complex legal matters at the intersection of government, technology, and business.
Responsibilities
- Exceptional writing, analytical, and legal research skills with experience drafting briefs in district and appellate courts.
- Experience managing large and significant discovery processes including massive document productions, leading teams, involving in taking/defending depositions, and motion practice.
- Talented strategic thinker.
- Demonstrated strong work ethic.
- State court experience.
- Able to handle negotiations, meetings, and conferencing with opposing counsel.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor
- Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based.
- Excellent writing skills, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
Requirements
Required experience includes:
- Four to six years of post-JD experience.
- Prior law firm experience is a plus.
