Senior Litigation Associate/Of Counsel

About the role

Nelson Mullins is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its litigation group in the Berwyn office. This position offers a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of a dynamic team in a growing location.

Responsibilities

• Try product liability and/or complex litigation cases in state and federal courts
• Practice in a variety of areas including commercial litigation, class actions/mass torts, and product liability
• Join a highly skilled team of attorneys with substantial courtroom experience
• Take the lead in case management

Requirements

• 6 or more years of meaningful litigation experience
• Admittance in Good Standing to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey
• Admittance to NY is a plus

• Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills
• Strong academic credentials
