About the role
Marshall Dennehey, P.C., an Am Law 200 civil defense firm with more than sixty years of service, is seeking a Senior Litigation Associate with five to nine or more years of civil litigation experience to join its Tampa office. This position offers the opportunity to handle complex, high-exposure matters for Fortune 500 clients in a collaborative and supportive environment. This is a hands-on role for an experienced litigator. Senior associates in this group are expected to manage matters from inception through resolution under the general direction of partners, with a high degree of autonomy and professional judgment.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate liability and damages
- Prepare detailed client reports
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft and argue substantive and dispositive motions
- Manage all aspects of litigation on high-exposure cases
