Restructuring & Insolvency Associate (Litigation)

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in Chapter 11 proceedings and bankruptcy litigation matters
• Advises on out-of-court restructurings and distressed situations
• Drafts motions, pleadings and restructuring-related documentation
• Supports strategic negotiations with creditors, debtors and other stakeholders
• Collaborates with cross-border teams on global insolvency matters

Who You Are

• 3–5 years of restructuring and insolvency experience
• Experience with in-court Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings
• Bankruptcy clerkship experience preferred
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
• Able to work effectively within a global and culturally diverse team
• Admitted and in good standing with the Florida or New York Bar

Compensation

Salary Range: $260,000 – $365,000 (DOE)
