Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience in special situations and/or bankruptcy and restructuring at a leading firm, including work on large, complex chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructuring matters.
- Strong understanding of restructuring principles.
- Exposure to transactional aspects of restructurings, including negotiating plans, financing arrangements, asset sales, restructuring support agreements, and liability management transactions.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong judgment, and the ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters with increasing responsibility.
- Strong academic credentials in law coursework at a top-tier law school.
- Membership in the New York bar.

Pay
New York, NY annual salary range: $310,000 to $390,000. Additional compensation may include a discretionary bonus, health/welfare benefits (including parental, adoption, and fertility benefits), flexible time off, and paid holidays.
