Midlevel Restructuring & Insolvency Associate

About the role

The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience as a bankruptcy judicial law clerk and/or experience as a practicing commercial bankruptcy lawyer representing debtors and/or creditors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings, state law insolvency proceedings and out of court restructurings. Experience with avoidable transfer litigation and asset sales is preferred. California bar admission is also preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with experienced lawyers across our US platform who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Provide high-quality client service.

Benefits

• Comprehensive suite of benefits including:
• Base Compensation: $210,000 - $340,000/year.
• Compensation salary for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors.

Pay

• $210,000 - $340,000/year.
