This company is seeking a high-performing Business Development professional to drive growth across the Bay Area within key commercial sectors. The ideal candidate is a well-connected, self-driven individual with an established network and a proven ability to generate and close large-scale opportunities. This is a relationship-focused role with significant earning potential and strong internal support.

  • Proven experience in business development within commercial sectors.
  • Must bring an existing book of business within the Bay Area.
  • Strong relationships across senior living, multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, schools, and/or property management sectors.
  • Demonstrated track record of generating and closing large commercial deals ($1M+).
  • Ability to travel locally and cover the Bay Area territory.
  • Self-starter with strong networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding market presence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to successfully transition projects from sales to operations.
  • Actively represent the company at networking events, client meetings, and industry functions.
  • Work alongside an established team of Business Development professionals.
  • Expected to achieve a first-year revenue target of $500K+
