This opportunity is ideal for a highly connected, self-sufficient professional with deep industry relationships, an established book of business, and a proven ability to generate mitigation, restoration, and reconstruction opportunities with minimal ramp-up time.
Info/Requirements
- Previous business development experience in commercial/residential restoration or construction.
- Established book of business ($1M–$2M+ preferred) within commercial restoration and insurance sectors.
- Deep existing relationships with insurance carriers, adjusters, commercial agents, property managers, and related stakeholders.
- Proven ability to generate mitigation, restoration, and reconstruction revenue quickly.
- Strong background in multifamily, hospitality, hotel, and broader commercial verticals.
- Highly self-sufficient and self-managed; able to operate independently with minimal oversight or training.
- Demonstrated success in lead conversion, client retention, and strategic partnership development.
- Professional presence with the ability to represent a growth-focused commercial restoration/construction brand.
Role Responsibilities
- Develop, expand, and manage commercial restoration and construction business across target verticals.
- Leverage existing insurance, adjuster, and commercial agent relationships to create immediate revenue opportunities.
- Generate new mitigation, restoration, and reconstruction projects through an established network.
- Expand multifamily, hospitality, hotel, and broader commercial accounts through strategic business development efforts.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with commercial stakeholders and referral channels.
- Serve as a primary revenue driver by securing and converting high-value opportunities.
- Operate independently with minimal supervision while delivering immediate business impact.
- Collaborate with ownership and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term account growth.
