Role Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships across key commercial sectors.
- Generate new business and secure large-loss restoration projects.
- Serve as primary client contact from initial engagement through project kickoff.
- Network with adjusters, property managers, and industry organizations (BOMA, IFMA, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project handoff.
- Drive revenue through mitigation and reconstruction opportunities.
- Represent the company through events, meetings, and marketing efforts.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of business development experience (restoration or related industry preferred).
- Active book of business within commercial sectors (property management, healthcare, hospitality, municipal, etc.).
- Strong relationships with adjusters, property managers, and facility directors.
- Proven success closing large commercial deals.
- Highly self-motivated; thrives in a hands-off environment.
- Professional presence; able to represent a high-end brand.
- Bilingual is a plus.
