Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships across key commercial sectors.
  • Generate new business and secure large-loss restoration projects.
  • Serve as primary client contact from initial engagement through project kickoff.
  • Network with adjusters, property managers, and industry organizations (BOMA, IFMA, etc.).
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project handoff.
  • Drive revenue through mitigation and reconstruction opportunities.
  • Represent the company through events, meetings, and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of business development experience (restoration or related industry preferred).
  • Active book of business within commercial sectors (property management, healthcare, hospitality, municipal, etc.).
  • Strong relationships with adjusters, property managers, and facility directors.
  • Proven success closing large commercial deals.
  • Highly self-motivated; thrives in a hands-off environment.
  • Professional presence; able to represent a high-end brand.
  • Bilingual is a plus.
