About the role
This is an urgent need for a highly motivated, autonomous Business Developer to join a fast-growing, tech-forward restoration company based in the DSM area.
Responsibilities
- Bring in a strong book of business with local clientele
- Build relationships with local clients
- Guide customers through the insurance process
- Work on-site and travel locally to meet clients
- Perform light estimating responsibilities
- Focus on relationship building and serving as an insurance expert and trusted advisor
Requirements
- Experience in business development within restoration or related industries
- Strong tech-forward skills
- Highly autonomous role with provided tools (laptop, gas card, debit card, toll tag)
- Comfortable guiding customers through the insurance process
- Self-starter mentality and strong people skills
- Integrity and trustworthiness
