Role Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities and establish long-term relationships with commercial clients.
  • Generate new commercial and multifamily accounts through prospecting, networking, and route marketing efforts.
  • Serve as the primary client contact from project inception through completion.
  • Remain actively involved throughout each project by tracking progress, coordinating with operations, and maintaining consistent client communication.
  • Meet with target clients throughout the territory while working remotely from a home office.
  • Collaborate closely with mitigation and reconstruction teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Manage and grow accounts across commercial properties, multifamily communities, apartments, hotels, insurance agencies, government facilities, hospitals, senior living communities, and other key markets.
  • Drive revenue growth by developing both mitigation and reconstruction opportunities within existing and new accounts.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary of $80,000-$150,000 plus uncapped commission.
  • First-year production goal of $500K for candidates without an existing book of business + $1M-$1.5M for candidates with an established book of business.
