About the role

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant setting. Duties include greeting customers, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with their dining needs
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately
• Serve food and drinks promptly and efficiently
• Clean and maintain the dining area and equipment
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to health and sanitation standards
• Handle cash transactions and report discrepancies to management

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of basic kitchen operations and food preparation
• Pass a criminal background check and drug screening

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role preferred
• Positive attitude and ability to handle stressful situations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
