Responsibilities

  • Oversight of daily restaurant operations and compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Management and training of staff for exceptional customer service
  • Development and implementation of menus reflecting the brand’s culinary vision
  • Maintenance of inventory levels and food costs
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Conducting regular staff meetings to promote communication and team dynamics
  • Analyzing financial reports and developing strategies for improved profitability

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role in the restaurant industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with inventory management and cost control
  • A passion for delivering outstanding dining experiences

Pay

A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually
