Responsibilities
- Oversight of daily restaurant operations and compliance with health and safety regulations
- Management and training of staff for exceptional customer service
- Development and implementation of menus reflecting the brand’s culinary vision
- Maintenance of inventory levels and food costs
- Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Conducting regular staff meetings to promote communication and team dynamics
- Analyzing financial reports and developing strategies for improved profitability
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with inventory management and cost control
- A passion for delivering outstanding dining experiences
Pay
A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually
