Restaurant General Manager - Upscale Casual

Responsibilities

• Oversight of daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
• Leadership, training, and development of a high-performing team of staff
• Management of budgets, financial performance, and cost controls

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of restaurant management and operations
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
• Financial acumen with experience in budget management
• Able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

Pay

A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually
