About the role
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, adhering to Dunkin’ standards and franchisee guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop employees
- Communicate job expectations and provide coaching and feedback
- Create and maintain a guest-first culture
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment
- Execute in-restaurant marketing promotions and new product roll-outs
- Control costs to maximize profitability
- Set and track sales goals
Requirements
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for 6+ hours at a time
- Must be 18+ years old
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Fluent in English

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of management experience
- Experience working in the restaurant or retail industry
Skills
- Ability to be flexible with working hours and weekends
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and stand for up to 6 hours at a time
- Proficient in English
