As a Restaurant Host (Prime Rib), you will greet restaurant guests with a positive, friendly attitude, ensure guests are seated in a timely manner, and contribute to a favorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome, and seat guests.
• Assign wait staff to service guests in their sections.
• Answer phone calls, greet customers, and track seat availability in the restaurant.
• Assist wait and bar staff.
• Help with bussing and resetting tables.
• Maintain cleanliness of the host area and restaurant entrance.
• Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills

• Upbeat, outgoing, and positive attitude.
• Fluent and professional communication in English.
• Availability to work all shifts, including days, swings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions.
• Ability to perform duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a loud, high-energy 24-hour environment.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent GED required.
• Customer service experience dealing directly with customers.
• Must work in an environment where smoking is allowed.
• Ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by the Louisiana Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and reach while assisting guests.
