Food Server (Prime Rib) - Bossier City

Responsibilities

• Recognize guests in a friendly and timely manner.
• Show knowledge of the menu and confidently recommend food choices to guests.
• Acquire and validate methods of payment for all extra food and beverage service.
• Take orders from guests, present food, and assist in clearing tables.
• Transport dirty dishes and linen to a bus cart.
• Clean workstation and wait stand at the end of the shift.
• Enhance the gaming and dining experience of guests at Maryland Live Casino.
• Handle In-Room Dining orders as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• One to three years of experience in casual, buffet, or fine dining restaurants.
• Ability to work in an alcohol and smoking environment.
• Knowledge of Alcohol Beverage Control laws, health regulations, and PPE.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to secure and maintain necessary licenses.
• Physical capabilities to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, carry up to 35 pounds, and push a bus cart.
