Food Server (Luk Fu) - Bossier City

Responsibilities

• Recognizes guests in a friendly and timely manner.
• Knows the menu and confidently recommends food choices to guests.
• Acquires and validates methods of payment for extra food and beverage service.
• Takes orders from guests, presents food, and assists in clearing tables.
• Transports dirty dishes and linen to a bus cart.
• Cleans workstation and wait stand at the end of each shift.
• Enhances the gaming and dining experience of guests at Maryland Live Casino.
• Helps with the execution and delivery of In-Room Dining orders when necessary.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• One to three years of experience in casual, buffet, or fine dining restaurants.
• Ability to work in an alcohol and smoking environment.
• Must be able to secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or other applicable regulatory entities.
• Physical requirements include standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing a bus cart, and carrying up to 35 pounds of trash or linen bags.
