Food Server

Qualifications

Excellent guest service and communication skills, with proficiency in English and the ability to understand and convey information clearly.

Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment and familiar with food service regulations (preferred).

Physical requirements include standing for long periods, bending, stooping, and using hands continuously, with the ability to lift and push/pull weights up to 45 lbs.

Flexibility to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays, and pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests, seat them, and promptly serve drinks.
• Take and enter beverage orders into the system quickly, and make informed recommendations about food and beverages.
• Provide exceptional service by checking on guests, refilling drinks, and addressing concerns or issues, escalating to management if needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant, including clearing and setting tables efficiently.
• Follow safety and alcohol awareness procedures, complete side work assignments, and perform other duties as assigned.
