You'll drive operations, build and lead an engaged team, and own the guest and financial success of a bustling polished casual restaurant. Responsibilities

• Lead all daily operations to maintain quality, consistency, and health standards
• Hire, train, develop, and manage front-of-house and back-of-house teams
• Manage budgets, P&L, labor, and food cost targets
• Champion exceptional guest experience and resolve issues with grace
• Execute operational strategies and adapt to high-volume service demands

Requirements

• Proven General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience in restaurants
• Strong experience managing P&L, labor, and food costs in high-volume settings
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with a collaborative approach
• Track record of delivering excellent guest service and operational standards
• Passion for hospitality and commitment to continuous improvement
