Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and P&L management
• Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing front-and-back-of-house team

Requirements

• 5+ years restaurant management experience; 3+ as General Manager
• Proven ability to manage P&L and drive profitability
• Strong leadership track record with team development
• Deep knowledge of high-volume restaurant operations

Pay

Base salary $80,000-$100,000 annually, plus performance bonus potential
