Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Lead, train, and develop staff to provide outstanding customer service
- Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to increase profitability
- Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Collaborate with upper management on strategic planning and operational goals
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role in a high-volume environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Solid understanding of restaurant financials and performance metrics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or business is a plus
Pay
A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 annually
