Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Lead, train, and develop staff to provide outstanding customer service
  • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to increase profitability
  • Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and promptly
  • Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
  • Collaborate with upper management on strategic planning and operational goals

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role in a high-volume environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Solid understanding of restaurant financials and performance metrics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or business is a plus

Pay

A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 annually
