NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for a Restaurant General Manager to lead our Fresh Fast Casual location in Miami. This full-time, on-site role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations and create memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency and increase profitability
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints promptly
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
• Collaborate with marketing to promote restaurant offerings and specials
• Prepare and manage the restaurant budget, forecasts, and reports
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve operational goals and maintain a positive work environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• 5+ years of restaurant management experience, preferably in casual dining
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven ability to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience with restaurant management software systems

Pay

Competitive salary range of $70,000 - $75,000 annually.
