Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability
  • Train, mentor, and lead restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and controlling food and beverage costs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
  • Analyze financial performance and create budgets
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and enhance their dining experience
  • Promote a culture of sustainability and health within the restaurant
  • Cook up with marketing efforts to promote the restaurant’s healthy offerings

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-casual setting
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the restaurant industry
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • High school diploma; a degree in Hospitality Management is a plus

Pay

A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually
