Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality service
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability
- Train, mentor, and lead restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Manage inventory, including ordering and controlling food and beverage costs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
- Analyze financial performance and create budgets
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and enhance their dining experience
- Promote a culture of sustainability and health within the restaurant
- Cook up with marketing efforts to promote the restaurant’s healthy offerings
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-casual setting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the restaurant industry
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma; a degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
Pay
A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually
