Requirements for Success

Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational excellence, and a culture of hospitality.

Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous development by coaching managers and leading a highly engaged team.

Oversee daily operations by partnering with culinary and resort leadership to deliver outstanding food quality, service, safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Drive guest satisfaction by maintaining an active presence, resolving concerns, building lasting guest relationships, and using feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve the dining experience.

Own the restaurant's financial success by managing budgets, forecasting, labor, inventory, cost controls, and key business performance indicators.

Collaborate with resort departments to support events, marketing initiatives, and seamless operations across the property.
