Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and quality
- Lead, train, and develop a diverse team of restaurant staff
- Monitor and manage inventory levels and food costs
- Implement and uphold food safety and sanitation standards
- Enhance guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards
- Carry out regular performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Develop and manage budgets to achieve financial targets
- Collaborate with marketing teams to drive promotions and events
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive dining experience
- Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in high-volume settings
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and financial management
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
Pay
A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 annually.
